1. We are happy to provide a sample of any garment, so you can be sure you are making the right decision.
2. You will receive a sample of your design, stitched out for embroidery, faxed over in print for you to see. If you are not completely happy with it. We will re-sample until you are.
3. To help you plan, we will give you a delivery date within 24 hours of written receipt of your order.
4. If there is a delay with any garment, we will offer an upgraded alternative at no additional cost to you.
5. For a small additional charge, we are able to offer you a 48 turnaround on your printed or embroidered items. For all those last minute emergencies.
6. If any plain item does not fit, we will be happy to exchange it free of charge for the right size.
